Wow, what an amazing flower, I simply love it's unique structure and colours of soft pinks, warm greys and hints of green and soft blue. And such a long lasting flower, it's beauty survives for many weeks in a vase to enjoy in my studio.
Painting abstract flowers and foliage is such a passion of mine, I adore their awesome colours. In this painting I place their beauty over a dramatic charcoal background.
These flowers are painted in an expressive style with beautiful visible individual brushstrokes that give added texture and will suit a range of different decors.
This artwork is full of life, movement and colour with loose foliage shapes from nature.
My aim is to create happiness with a lovely fresh floral artwork that makes a statement on your wall and will bring a smile to your face every morning.

I am obsessed with colour and nature! Outside in the natural environment is where I spend my time sketching the organic forms that surround me. I take them back to my studio where I abstract the beauty and vibrancy of the experience into my paintings. What excites me is creating compositions using a luminous mix of rich colours and texture bringing the outdoors inside feeling happiness from connecting with nature.
